International Bancshares moved up less than 1% today. The market isn't being very decisive in its valuation of Banks company. It looks like IBOC may be interacting with a slightly angled support line. This area could represent a pivot point that it moves up from. IBOC hasn't had very clear momentum over the last 3 months and has sort of been bouncing around so that doesn't make me feel very certain that it can punsh through the line.

If the price bounces off of the support and moves up it'll probably head up to the $64.63 level, at which point it may hit some selling pressure. If International Bancshares continues to break down lower from here, it'll likely fall until it gets to $60.62 at which point previous buyers at this level may move in and give it support.
