Spdr S&p Emerging Markets Small Cap is slightly up on the day, it isn't making a very strong move but still up 0.85%. We'll see if it can keep moving up or not. It looks like EWX may be interacting with a slightly angled support line. This area could represent a pivot point that it moves up from. In addition to being near an angled support line EWX is near a weak support line. We'll see if it bounces off or heads lower. EWX hasn't established a very clear directional momentum over the last few months. So it's not clear if it has the energy to get a very good bounce at this point or not.
If we get a reversal off of support and Spdr S&p Emerging Markets Small Cap starts moving up, it can probably get to $75.8523 at which point it'll need to break through that resistance level in order to keep moving higher. If it punches through this support level, it can easily push down to $67.4 where it may meet further support, hopefully it can consolidate around that point.
