It looks like ISVUF may be interacting with a slightly angled support line. This area could represent a pivot point that it moves up from. In addition to being near an angled support line ISVUF is near a weak support line. We'll see if it bounces off or heads lower. Ishares Iv Mcsi Usa has been drifting up over the last few months, I wouldn't be too surprised if it gets a little bounce here.
If we get a reversal off of support and Ishares Iv Mcsi Usa starts moving up, it can probably get to $19.6819 at which point it'll need to break through that resistance level in order to keep moving higher. If it fails to bounce off this level and breaks down lower, it will most likely find the nearest support a the $17.6807
at which point, it may have a chance of recovering from there.
